Premio Internazionale del Vino (Wine Oscars) Rome, May 28th 2012

A unique event during which the annual Oscar is being awarded to wines and wine protagonists in the national wine production sector.

 

An academy of experts will elect an award winner in each of the following categories:

  • best sparkling wine,
  • best white wine,
  • best rosé wine,
  • best red wine,
  • wine with best quality-price-ratio
  • best foreign wine
  • best sommelier
  • best winery
  • best wine teacher
  • best wine and gourmet cuisine journalist

 

Vino in Festa, South Tyrol, from May 18th to June 16th 2012.

A varied programme focusing on the topic of wine invites visitors to taste, enjoy and get to know each other or simply linger through the 15 historical wine growing villages along the South Tyrolean Wine Road from 18th of May to 16th of June 2012.

Vino in Festa ends with the Wine cellar night on the 16th of June, when the wine cellars along the Wine Road open their doors to visitors allowing them to experience different wine routes by shuttle.
